Delta Hope, Inc. (Together for Hope Arkansas), a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to creating opportunities for young people to grow and succeed in Phillips County, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Executive Director to oversee and advance its mission, administration, and programming. In addition to representing and advocating for the organization in the local community and beyond, the Executive Director manages year-round programming, implements fundraising strategies and cultivates partnerships that help achieve the mission of the organization. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in a related field preferred), a minimum of one year grant writing experience, and three years leading successful community programming.
