Together for Hope’s 25th Anniversary Annual Meeting gathers 150+ coalition member organizations from across the Delta, Black Belt, Appalachia, and Tribal Nations/Texas/Four Corners — grassroots practitioners working to abolish persistent rural poverty in America’s most underserved communities. The Partners in Hope program offers three tracks of engagement, each designed to connect your organization with TFH’s network in ways that fit your goals.

Track 1

Underwrite the Work

Name recognition. Support that brings the coalition together.

These tiers fund coalition member participation in the Annual Meeting — travel, lodging, and registration. Sponsors are recognized in the program, on signage, and in post-event communications.

Friend	$500	Name in program. Combines with other funds to bring 1 coalition member to the event.
Community	$1,000	Brings 1–2 coalition members. Name in program.
Champion	$2,500	Brings 3–5 coalition members. Name in program + signage.
Cornerstone	$5,000	Brings a full regional delegation. Name in program + signage + social media recognition.
Name Your Own	Any amount	Support at the level that’s right for you. Name recognition commensurate with the gift.

Track 2

Engage the Coalition

Direct access to TFH’s 150+ member organizations across our regions.

These tiers give sponsors structured access to TFH’s practitioner network — the people doing the work on the ground in 338 persistent poverty counties across 30 states.

Network	$1,000	Curated member email list (post-event, opt-in).
Partner	$2,000	Email list + exhibit presence at Annual Meeting.
Convener	$3,500	Email list + exhibit + engagement opportunity with coalition members.
Anchor	$5,000	All of the above + dedicated track or sessions, co-branded with TFH. Specific approval required.

Track 3

Engage the Donors

Access to TFH’s philanthropic community.

These tiers place sponsors in front of TFH’s donor base and broader supporters at the Gala and related high-visibility moments during the Annual Meeting weekend.

Illuminate	$5,000	Underwrite the screening of the documentary film Rising Hope held during the Annual Meeting. Name recognition at the screening.
Invest	$10,000	Underwrite the immersion experience, a guided bus tour through the Delta and historic sites with time in the communities where this work began. Recognition in materials and brief acknowledgment on the day.
Elevate	$20,000	Gala underwriter. Premier recognition in program, signage, and remarks.
Presenting	$40,000	Presenting sponsor of the 25th Anniversary Gala. Physical presence at the Gala, named in all event branding, and remarks from the stage.

Deadlines

When to commit

Sponsorships that include recognition in the printed program must be committed by Wednesday, October 15, 2026. Sponsorships committed after that date are welcome and will be recognized on signage, from the stage, and in post-event communications.
