About the Emma Quire Mission Center
In 2003, the Goodman’s Motel in downtown Booneville was purchased by First Baptist Church Frankfort, to house the Emma Quire Mission Center (EQMC).

The building has been completely renovated for the purpose of housing mission teams from around the country coming to Owsley County.

Lodging & Mission Opportunities
Teams are welcome to stay with us in Owsley County, Kentucky for projects such as construction/home repair projects, block parties, camps, workshops, how-to classes, youth events, etc.

• The center offers 7 rooms with a total of 17 bunk beds (lodging 34) persons.  Amenities: center provides: Bed linens, blankets, and pillows.  Each room has its own bathroom with shower; towels and washcloths are provided.
• There is a full Kitchen with stove, 2 refrigerators, chest freezer and ice machine.  Cooking utensils and pots and pans, microwave, coffee pots with coffee & filters, and toaster are available.
• A large multi-purpose room is available for use (dining, games, meetings, etc.)
• Free Wi-Fi is available for guests.
• There is onsite parking space with room for one large bus or truck w/trailer in addition to several regular vehicles.

The coronavirus situation is ever changing. Please work with us as we try to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Cost
Suggested donation of $15 per person, per night.
