- Information you give us: When you make a gift, register for an event, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the details of your gift or registration.
- Payment information: Online gifts and registrations are processed through GiveButter and its secure payment processors. Together For Hope does not receive or store your full credit card or bank account numbers.
- Website information: Like most websites, ours collects basic, non-identifying information about visits, such as pages viewed and the type of browser used, through Independent Analytics. This helps us improve the site.
How we use your information
- To process your gift or registration and send your acknowledgment and tax receipt
- To thank you and keep you informed about our work, events, and opportunities to give
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To maintain accurate records as required by law
We do not sell or share your information
Together For Hope does not sell, rent, or trade the names or personal information of our donors or website visitors to any other organization. We share information only with service providers who help us carry out our work, such as our payment processor, email service, and accounting firm. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We disclose information in any other way only when required by law.
Your choices
- Email: You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.
- Mail and other contact: To stop receiving mail from us or to change how we contact you, email monica@tfhope.org.
- Anonymous giving: If you would like your gift to be anonymous in any published list of donors, let us know.
Reviewing or correcting your information
You may ask to see the personal information we have about you, or to correct or update it, by emailing monica@tfhope.org or writing to Together For Hope, 2906 North State Street, Suite 300, Jackson, MS 39216.
How we protect your information
Payment processors process online gifts over secure, encrypted connections and meet industry security standards for handling card data. Access to donor records is limited to staff and service providers who need it to do their work, and we keep those records in password-protected systems.
