Our work & impact.

Together for Hope organizes its work around four priorities: Education, Health & Nutrition, Housing & Environment, and Social Enterprise. These aren’t separate programs; they’re different fronts of the same fight against persistent rural poverty.
How it fits together

Neglect one, and the others stall.

A family can’t build wealth through a new small business if they’re also fighting for stable housing. A child can’t focus on school if their family doesn’t have reliable food or healthcare. Collectively, our coalition partners work across all four, meeting immediate needs, building long-term economic capacity, and pushing for policy change where the system itself is the obstacle.

In Appalachia, partners like EDGE and Partnership Housing are securing land access and multimillion-dollar rebuilding funds for families recovering from historic flooding.

None of this work is ours. It belongs to the organizations and leaders already doing it. Our role is to help them reach further.
