Hope grows from the ground up
Together For Hope starts with what rural communities already have: their people, institutions, land, and history. Guided by Asset-Based Community Development, we support local leaders who know their communities best, across Appalachia, the Black Belt, the Delta, and Tribal Nations/Texas/Four Corners.
